Show messages on lock screen This is likely an option specific to your phone's version of the Messages app. Mine doesn't have this ability natively, at least. Is your phone the same as the Questioners, a Galaxy S4? |

mobile connectivity is down Do you have any bars on your cell signal? Because you mention your change in numbers, it's possible there is an account issue, in which case you can't make normal calls, but you might still be able to call 611 for the carrier's customer service. On the other hand, if you have no service at all, it probably isn't due to a billing/account problem. |

Do I need to wipe anything before restoring a full nandroid backup? Your answer is what I had originally thought. However, could you provide a link or resource that shows this answer to be accurate?
