Is there any way to crop widgets in HTC Sense? @Webs: Long-click on the widget. It should turn yellow and show a little drag tab in the bottom right. (Then, if you have the free version, you get a nice annoying message about how that feature is only available in the paid version) |

How can I edit or remove people from the favourite contacts widget on my HTC Legend? @therefromhere: It must be a bug in 2.1. I'm running 2.2 on my Incredible, and "Favorites" is listed in the groups, so to remove them I just un-check the box when editing the contact. |

How can I edit or remove people from the favourite contacts widget on my HTC Legend? @Casebash: The phone calls them "Favorites" but if you pull up contacts in Gmail, the group will be called "Starred in Android" there. |

What is the right way to close apps in Android? I have noticed a couple apps that do eat through a lot of battery in this paused state. Namely, the latest version of Google Maps and a game I've got called GalaxIR. So keep an eye out for bad offenders and be sure to close those ones properly. |
