What happened to my detailed battery stats on my Asus Transformer Pad? @Al Everett - Based on further testing, I suspect you're right. I can't accept your answer though because you left it as a comment. Want to post it as a full answer? |

Can I manually download my wifi settings to my Android device from my Google account? Thanks. Unfortunately the screens you point to still don't allow manual restore of backed up data. I do have the backup/automatic restore options checked. Based on what I'm seeing at support.google.com/mobile/bin/… , I'm guessing manual restore isn't possible. Also the T-Mobile support page you linked to indicated that there is apparently a known issue with restore at the moment, which may be why my apps and settings didn't restore properly. |

Can I manually download my wifi settings to my Android device from my Google account? @Zuul Oh my, I definitely don't want to uncheck those boxes! Yes, I still have my previous device. |

Does official Gmail app use a secure connection? The page you linked to only says that the Email app can be configured to retrieve Gmail securely, and details how to do it. It doesn't mean the Email app is necessarily set up that way on a user's device. And as @Brett pointed out, it doesn't say anything about the totally separate dedicated GMail app at all. |
