I am Hardik Mehta. I come from Ahmedabad, India.

I am working as a software engineer in Munich, Germany. I am interested in software development and different technologies related to it. I have been working with technologies like C++, Java, Corba, JEE, Python, Ruby, Ruby on Rails etc. I have a keen interest in exploring these technologies with respect to agile development methods and in general improving the quality of software development and software. I use GNU/Linux as my main operating system. I also like to play with bash scripting. I believe there is a great potential in free and open source software.

I have a Masters degree in Nuclear Applications. My specialization was in nuclear medicine, which deals with application of radio active material in medical science.

I am interested in astronomy, astrophysics and music (mainly Indian and Indian classical music).
