Can I set up my Galaxy Tab to boot from the external SD card? Not totally sure on the workings of ODIN, but I know that devs make custom odin files... can you maybe try one without the hidden.fs? Like have it removed from the archive before flashing? Maybe once booted you could format the internal flash memory in Android itself or in a revocery (CWM, TWRP, whatever) |

How do I get Youtube Links to open in the YouTube app and not a browser? If you're on a device with a newer HTC sense version (3.6 and up), there doesn't appear to be much you can do about it without root (and even then it breaks browser links to phone and maps) |

Can I set up my Galaxy Tab to boot from the external SD card? Have you looked at trying a stock odin flash first to fix it? You will have to modify the boot.img to boot from sdcard, which still runs from internal NAND, and there is nothing you can do about that |

How can I turn songs from Google Play Music into ringtones? You can only set songs that are actually on your sdcard... music from the cloud on google music are saved in a database, so you can't access them without using root and special apps (or command line sqllite if you're that savvy) |

Re-install settings application. Acutally, in /system/app you can mix odex and de odex, just be sure to delete the corresponding odex file (or the dalvik cache file if going the other way). It's /system/framework where you can't mix. Make sure you set permissions right as well though (and, not always necessary, but set owner and group too) |

Google music not syncing on Nexus S you're limited to a number of devices as well, so you may need to the actual google music website and clear out devices (this is very common if rooted and flashing different roms as different roms can sometimes register as different devices) |

How do I enable the password/pattern lock on HTC 2.3.5 (Sense) mobile? Are you rooted and running a custom rom? Some roms have an option to disable lock screens. Other possibilities may be lock screen replacement apps |
