comment Completely wiping all contents and storage in SmartQ T10 tablet. No Recovery, no CWM, no ADB
I don't know any other (free) app doing the same. Just another paid one for the same price. For partial solutions, see the list here

comment lock screen clock shows my work alarm after update 4.3
Have you checked your lockscreen settings? I don't have a S3 to check with (and that's handled differently on different devices), but often there are corresponding options available for what to show on your lockscreen.

Maybe – though I've never seen any without that option. As I wrote, the app mentioned should cover that. According to its description, it offers you to safely delete/wipe everything, and then automatically factory-resetting the device as a "finalizer". // All those wipes could be done from a custom recovery (which you don't have), but also via ADB/Fastboot commands.

comment Android USB Debugging on Mac OS X 10.9.1
Other USB Mass Storage (e.g. standard external USB disks) showing up fine? That should be the same as an Android device in USM mode. Just to rule out general USB problems on that Mac, could you try any other USB devices you can get your hands on?

Furthermore, if you're not talking about an ADB connection, USB debugging is not needed for that. Try switching it off, and see whether that helps. There were reportings where USB debugging interfered with UMS/MTP connections.

Not me. But have you checked whether the device still gets detected as USB device (on Linux, that can be done using the lsusb command – I'm not sure, but guess Mac has something similar)? If it does, are the vendor and device IDs still the same? Also, if I get it right, "have Mavericks" means you've updated your OS. Maybe you need to reconfigure something there? You don't write what Android device this is about. Please edit your question, and also include the Android version involved, and what USB mode you were using (MTP, UMS).

That looks like you are talking about the Google Account password. OP is asking for his Exchange password. AFAIK, the two are not related. Did I get something wrong? What does the "Playstore application" have to do with Exchange accounts, and why should it prompt for a new one?

comment Bluetooth Remote Controll for Voice input on Nexus 5
Just click the edit link and see for yourself: imgur ships a smaller variant when you add a m to the basename (e.g. if abcde.jpg is the large image, abcdem.jpg gives a Medium sized (which I used), and abcdes.jpg would give a (too) small one). Then I made the medium variant a link to the large one, using the normal markup elements for that.

comment Mount USB OTG to specific destination folder
/storage/emulated/0 most likely is already used. Try ls -l /storage/emulated/0 (or use a file manager) to check for yourself. You cannot mount another device to the same place, you need an "mpty directory" to mount it to.

comment Android / S3 (i9300/i9305) - Disable default keyboard pop-up at lock screen
If you want to try some alternative lock screens, there are plenty: Go Locker, Widget Locker, Holo Locker... See here (well, you need to sort out some "unrelated lockers", yeah, so maybe this search get's closer). Might not be a "real solution", but worth a try.

comment How can I revoke an app's permission to access USB after granting it permanently?
Ah, now I get it. Then the answer is probably to be found in How to stop Android asking for permission before permitting access to USB device: the box should never display again (unless the software is uninstalled and then reinstalled) If you're looking for a way to do that programmatically (i.e. with code from your app), you'd better ask at Stack Overflow, as our site focuses on end user issues.

comment Not able to install google apps after following the suggested steps
Why didn't I think of that option... If the apps work at least, you should make that an answer (it's perfectly fine to answer your own question!). With "menu" you mean the app-drawer, I guess? Still unusual they don't show up there. Can you add them to your homescreen (long-press an empty space, then select to add an app/shortcut)?

The easiest way for that is probably the app Mount /system. Alternatively, take a look at How to mount system in rw mode if no custom recovery or How to remount / system as read - write in Android

Not for that. It supports some "root-only stuff" as well, but that's optional.
