Installing app from google play in my SD Card I hope I've picked the correct app to link from Google Play -- but there was only one by that name. So I'm sorry to inform you, but that's not a "music player": tuneQ is a graphic equalizer app -- so it's for adjusting your sound quality. But even if: you don't need to install an app to your SDCard in order to enable it reading there. Would you please check what music player you are really using, and update your question accordingly? Songs on your card should be automatically found. Make sure there's no .nomedia file in their folders. |

Google Play Store A-B testing not working Akash, our FAQ explicitly lists Issues with the Android Market from the point of view of a developer or publisher as being off topic. Sorry, but you'll have to check Where can I ask questions that aren't Android Enthusiast questions? for a different place to ask this. |

My Karbon Smart Tab 7 Tornado EX SD CARD problem Can you please update your question with some more details: Do you get any error messages? If so: can you quote some? You might also want to check your system logs aka logcat for details (depending on your device's Android-version, there are several logcat apps on the playstore; alternatively, adb logcat could be used with your tab connected to your computer via USB). |

Pattern lock issue and asking for backup credential That means you're locked out by your tab? If so: I just added the locked-out tag to your question. You might want to check with its tag-wiki for first aid. Afterwards, if the problem persists, please update your question with what you've tried and where you're stuck. |

Micro SD not being found on phone or pc after replacing You might want to check questions tagged external-sd and data-recovery for what helped others in the same situation. If none of those 12 questions (including their answers) helped, please update your question with the new details, i.e. what you tried and where you got stuck. Thanks! |

Can I use the internal storage in the Wildfire S to store music and photos? As Alex wrote: Open the camera app, and check its settings. It should contain a "storage" section. If it does not (which is the case sometimes), there's no much chance -- except trying some other camera app. |

My HTC One X seems to be self destructing after Jelly Bean update That description makes a "system confusion" even more likely, while at the same time it seems a factory-reset will really be the remedy to that. As you already have everything backed up, go for it -- I keep my fingers crossed meanwhile and wait for your feedback :) Good luck! |

How do I get offline voice detection on my tablet running JB (4.1.1)? Maybe you could add a few details: 1) exact Android version (from Settings->About), 2) a link to device specifications (or anything coming close to that), 3) screenshots (or links to them, I'll integrate them then). This might help us to narrow things down. As techie007 already checked on 4.1.1, that's all I could have done (same version on my tabbies), so we can skip that for now. |

How do I get offline voice detection on my tablet running JB (4.1.1)? Not having a JB phone, I cannot check that currently. Will do so with my tablets at home. But AFAIR they all have the "gears" icon for settings. Apart from the icon used, shouldn't the link go to the same pages? |

Can't I change the sound volume with the screen locked? I really wonder why it shouldn't work via the hardware volume buttons anyway. It did on all of my devices I ever had (including a Motorola Milestone 2, so it's not just Motorola per se). Admitted, none of my phones run JB, as you can see in my profile... |
