No, I use adb shell from my PC for things like that, via a cabled USB connection (can be done wirelessly as well, but that's a bit trickier to set up). Makes copy/paste of content easier, which then can be inserted into posts as "code block". // But we're filling up comments no with stuff not directly related to the issue, this rather belongs to chat :)

Let's say the easiest (from a user's perspective). That's why I prefer adb shell, where you can just copy-paste the text :) OK, 1:0 for Aleksandar, df is much easier to read for this case. Could you repeat the df screenshot with the SD card unmounted, just out of curiosity? As the current screen shows, sdcard0 is the external card (when mounted), which is pretty unusual. What completely confuses me is that both are "real" file systems according to mount (VFAT). Hard to read in a screenshot, but I cannot see the expected UnionFS.

You can pick one from my list of Terminal Apps. A pretty trusted one is Jackpal's Terminal emulator – free and open-source, well rated.

I cannot tell for sure (see my comment on your question), but I could think of someone tinkering with the device and, using root, having "partitioned" the internal card, mounting the second partition to where the "external card" is mounted usually. What would help here is the output of the mount command (either via a terminal app or via adb shell). Please add that to your question post.

While I agree, the second screenshot clearly shows separate entries for sdcard0 and internalSD – which are neither duplicate (different sizes reported). What device has 2 internal/emulated cards?

comment ADB version of these terminal emulator instructions?
You probably cannot do that with the device "fully booted up". Try booting into recovery mode and see if the device is detected by ADB then (not all recoveries do support it).

@ptamzz in case you wonder about my edit of the title: "script" is a bit ambiguous here and might be confused with "development issues".

@RMarkwald adb pull expects two arguments, so your answer looks incomplete (rather like a comment) :) Furthermore, both arguments must be of the same type (i.e. either both a file, or both a directory). For me it always worked with the /sdcard/* path on the Android end.

OK then. But as for the other (same) answers: Could you include a short how-to, fill the gaps (Tasker), and name the budget? You can always edit your posts to improve them, and points are given for answers that can be implemented :)

I know that – the OP might not. We prefer "complete" answers instead of "look-there-and search". Even with the app found: How to do that? Haven't you forgotten it requires Tasker, and a word on the budget? Tasker = USD 5
