comment htc desire z keeps restarting on its own
Thanks for the update, Rinki! I just re-tagged your question to reflect the news. For first aid, please visit the boot-loop tag-wiki, that should get you out of misery. Don't forget to come back and let us know how it worked out: either edit your question to say where you're still stuck (and what you've tried), or answer your own question if you've been able to solve your issue. Good luck, I bet for the latter :)

We will need some more background to help you: When did that problem start? What were your last changes (app installs, settings)? Does it boot up at all, or are we talking about a "boot-loop" here?

comment Unable to reach Google Play does not recognize my device
Is the Google Play Store app available on that device? Can you create a Google account on it, or are the appropriate settings missing as well?

comment insufficient memory internal but i have Sd card and it still says that
Let's agree on "just plugging it in" does not help. Having it in, and doing something with it explicitly is a different thing: you can move some apps there, thus freeing up some internal memory. Advanced options, however, require root. Some hints are pointed out from the tag-wiki, e.g. What can I do to manage my phone's internal storage? Also make sure to always check the linked/related questions, which e.g. brings you to How can I free up more space on my Android phone? and others ;)

comment Some magic to remount /system
I doubt that. That would render the entire security system useless if it were possible.

There's no global switch for that. You'll have to do so in the apps you use, e.g. the camera app(s).

comment Unable to flash official Indian JellyBean ROM on Samsung Galaxy Note GTN7000 SHV-E160l
Maybe you edit your question and add some more details: Exact steps taken, exact error messages. In case you really just got an "update package", the reason might be easy: your device is already running the very same version, so the pre-conditions aren't met – and the update aborts to prevent failure.

comment Android permission and ProtectionLevel
You usually get some first-aid help with issues checking their tag-wikis, in your case permissions tag-wiki will get you started, and tell you to take a look at What do the permissions that applications require mean? – where you will find exactly the answer to your question.

comment Android permission and ProtectionLevel
@dotVezz not necessarily. The protection level of a permission also tells you whether the app gets access to those permissions when installed as user-app (e.g. system-or-signed does not in those cases).
