comment Can I use my PC as an audio device for my Android phone?
I gave up and bought a Bluetooth dongle for my PC, but I'm still interested in any other possibilities not requiring Bluetooth.

comment How can I disable IPv6?
@sharth If they actually needed to deploy IPv6 via 6rd, it indicates that their network infrastructure is ancient, as the only legitimate reason to use 6rd at all is to pass traffic through routers that are so old they don't know what IPv6 is. And such routers are at least a decade old or more, largely thanks to a US government mandate that government agencies had to be IPv6-ready by 2008. Most enterprise network vendors had their hardware ready well before then.

comment How does the Heartbleed security vulnerability affect my Android device?
It is nice to hear the official response from Google. But I accepted the other answer because it explains why 4.1.1 is vulnerable and 4.1.2 is not vulnerable anymore.

So if I understand this correctly, only 4.1.1 was vulnerable; older and newer versions are not?

Are you in China? This information might be provided by the network operator over the network, in which case it would always be Chinese.

comment ls command works but not with options?
Probably it is the phone vendor's custom version of busybox. Or it could be anything.

comment ls command works but not with options?
The help can be omitted from a busybox build. When omitted, you can't get help/usage information from busybox commands.

Maybe, but that's a completely different question than the one you asked.

comment Razr Maxx HD, How to wipe data with broken screen
Yes, fastboot -w erases both user data and cache, which is the same as the wipe/factory reset. That covers all of your data except for the SD card, which you'll have to place into another device or computer if you want to erase it.
