I like to make programs and devices smarter and easier to use. I experiment with new, brilliant interface concepts. I'm a programmer, designer, web developer, and a nice guy.
I like to take pictures. I enjoy good humor in others and the simple things in life, like thunderstorms. Music is a great companion. I seek after anything of good report which makes life more fulfilling.
I believe choices make us who are, and are a major part of how we and others feel.

Nexus 7 screen is flickering I hope it's just the auto-brightness. I'll turn it off for a while, see if it still flickers, and report back. |

Nexus 7 screen is flickering Lighter and darker: brightness. It's a similar effect to a lightbulb with a loose filament. |

Face detector accuracy tests Good question. Brute-forcing came to my mind. I'm not sure if your question relates to that, but it's worth noting that brute-forcing face detection would be a very, very slow process. I think it takes about 25/30 frames, or almost one second, to match a face. |
