comment Samsung Galaxy S3 Rebooting. Even after factory wipe
As i mentioned, maybe that drop caused damage that only until now "appeared" and is causing the problems. Does it get hot (more than usual) when you manage to turn it on? For what you say, software is not likely to be an issue, so it may be faulty hardware. My suggestion is to repair it if under guarantee.

And please, try to use line breaks in your questinos, it makes them easier to read. And if you have corrections or further comments, edit your question instead of posting a comment. Comments are better used to give further information to another users comments or questions (like mine above). Your own comments should be always in the main question.

Any other physical damage? You mention you dropped it a few months ago, but even so, it may have broken something that untill now affected things. I.e. a connection got damaged, and untill now it finally snapped. Or have your phone get wet? Did you lent it to someone that may have done something whithout your knowledge? If it is under guarantee try to get it repaired.

comment is there a way to know what CPU, GPU, RAM my phone / tablet has?
Thanks, very useful, but this only covers THAT specific model of CPU, and of course, i could simply google every model i wanted, but what i ask is if there is a way the SO itself tells us that information, without depending on the internet to find out. Something like "system properties" or "device admin" in windows.
