If you were on Windows mobile it might work to have your sent messages sync, but the default app will not do what you want it to do with Outlook.

Have you tried uninstalling the SDK and re-installing from a fresh download? Also, the 1.0.31 update is really only necessary if you need to interact with Android 4.2.2

Apr 15	comment	Using a separate account for Play Store purchases @AdrianPronk As bassmadrigal stated, try adding the account to the system itself and then seeing if you can use it in the Play Store. From the home screen if you tap the menu button, go to settings and then accounts and sync. You should be able to add another account there.
