I fixed by trashing Fusion which was previously installed (the upgrade broke shit). Using Cyanogenmod now, no problems installing.

I figured it out, just have to hold & drag an app icon to the far right.. a new homescreen auto loads.

If you go into Contacts you can flag one to be a "Favorite". The problem is that Google decides (seemingly randomly) which of the people I flag as Favorite appear in the list. One of my frequently called contacts never shows up in the Favorite list despite them being flagged as a Favorite (with the yellow star).

I read those posts before making my own. When others refer to deleting log files, they are referring to /data/log/*.log files. I'm not showing any *.log files on my device - only *.tar.gz files.
