comment Sharp SH7218U doesn't boot after formatting system partition
Did you format only /system? Did you try booting into recovery through physical key combination (on Samsung = Power + Home +Vol up).

comment How to know if the GPS signal has fixed my position on Lollipop?
That's a workaround more than a solution. Somehow, GPS Status is remaining open even after I stop using the GPS enabled apps.

Finally it was not necessary to mount it. It was sufficient to extract it with tar -xf archive_name but the app doesn't install.

comment How to extract stock apk from TWRP backup?
The extension is .ext4.win. Somehow I'm not managing to mount it with sudo mount -t ext4 -o loop system.ext4.win ./Mount. I'm getting a generic error (wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/loop0, missing codepage or helper program, or other error). I'm aware that CM might lack drivers but trying it doesn't carry risks.

comment Remove Google Search Bar on Nexus devices running on stock Lollipop
On Android 5.1.1 (CM 12.1) this method works. Long press on home screen, in the bottom there are wallpapers, widgets, settings. Above them there are 3 dots in a sort of triangular shape. You can disable the search bar from there.
