What uses most power: GPS or WiFi? Actually, looking at your previous answer it looks like WiFi in standby (as it would be if you're just leaving it on for location) uses less power than GPS. The other link also shows GPS "standby" as lower than WiFi standby. I still +1'd your post for the great references. |

How to switch to vibrate mode using only hardware keys That would work, but unfortunately the Nexus 4 doesn't have a camera button. And according to groups.google.com/forum/?fromgroups=#!topic/taskerreq/…, an Android app can't get access to the volume buttons |
