What settings does Sprint Gingerbread (2.3) update reset? It also appears that some form of fiddling with the app will allow them to render again. Not sure if it's close/open or change tabs, but I've seen them disappear and re-appear after being re-created after upgrade. |

Easiest way to reduce power consumption to phone only Yes, purchasing or rigging a mobile charger would be a possibility. However, there are situations in which I don't have access to all my gear and need to be able to keep voice communiation alive even if I have to sacrifice lower-priority features. |

Can Google Voice Search be configured to confirm name before calling? For some reason, it only worked the first time I tried it. Then it started continuously re-prompting for the same call, preventing me from actually making the call. Uninstalled. |

Can Google Voice Search be configured to confirm name before calling? Just tried it. It does work with Google Voice and carrier dial. It is a bit slow, but works. However, it intercepts EVERY call, whether or not dialed with Google Voice. Good find! |
