Phantom Multimedia Message Rather late in the day, but here's a thread about the same issue - it does sound like it's related to Orange UK's voicemail, and possibly was specific to HTC phones running Android 2.2? forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=609019 |

android network provider always returns longitude value as -1.0E-5 but latitude value seems ok (e.g. 37.56003) I don't think this is a programming problem? |

Persistent “Google sign-in” error, even with correct password +1 that seems to have fixed it for me |

How can I change the default search box to use another browser? I had the same issue, it also meant that other apps such as Twitter, Facebook etc would launch the stock Browser app instead of Dolphin. |

Why do I have to set lots of my settings again after a phone reboot? It seems you're right, I've had exactly the same issue on Cyanogenmod 7, with SwiftKey and Twitter. I think it might be a bug in the apps in question - I'm pretty sure it was happening with the Facebook app as well but that seems OK now, so possibly recent update fixed the issue. |

Installation Error I've had the same issue on my HTC Desire (with the default OS install), with the error "Couldn't install on USB or SD card" when trying to update apps that had been installed to SD. Removing .android_secure/smdl2tmp1.asec as per Jan Willem's post fixed this. I'd suggest retagging this, since it doesn't just apply to cyanogenmod or rooted phones. |
