Quickly connecting to Wi-Fi with Android I was probably projecting my own usage patterns, where the main operation is toggling wifi. When it’s on, it automatically connects to networks I’ve used before, and if there are new unprotected networks, a notification appears, so I rarely open the wifi settings proper. |

What is the effect of changing the maximum application VM heap size? That sounds good. I think I’ll keep it since nothing is crashing (although the greediest thing I tried was Maps), and the launcher seems to be staying in memory much more often. |
