So you have the APK of BusyBox? You don't need that. You can just go to Google Play, search for BusyBox and install it from there. But first, you need to root your tablet.

I think SuperOneClick supports your tablet, but if RootChecker says it's not rooted, there must have been something wrong with the rooting process. Try to root it again. I suggest you uninstall BusyBox first.
