comment Tablet forgets default launcher
Can you check nonetheless? Some tablets and phones have two types of internal memory (one of them is called an Internal SD Card), I've came across a couple of phones like that. The Internal Storage tag has more info abut this.

I don't have a Transformer, but I face a similar issue back when I was using the Nexus One. Is it possible that you have installed Nova on the sd card? Go to Settings -> Apps, Look for Nova Launcher and make sure it is installed on the internal memory.

comment Why does my Nexus 7 (1st gen) never let me copy my files to my PC?
This doesn't seem to be a software issue. Everytime I had an issue like that, it was because of the cable, try getting another cable and see if it works.

comment Random share Intent screen
That would be a bug report, starting from Jellybean (I think), I started getting a lot of these randomly. If you open it through Gmail, you will see an attachment of the bug report and a description.

comment speaker option enabled by default when answering the calls
Can you check in the settings of SVoice for a "Drive Mode"? If so disable it. That may be the issue. I'll keep looking for other possibilities.

comment How to stop all but 1 one app including their services?
If I may add to the above, in case you need GPS, keep WiFi & data enabled till you get a GPS fix (WiFi, even if not connected, helps your phone find GPS satellites faster), after that you may safely disable WiFi. Also, check the battery stats on your phone, that will let you know what is using the most battery, so you can disable it.

comment Kindle Android - Refresh a book cover?
Did you try restarting the device without all the extra stuff? I have no idea why this would work, but I can confirm it did in my case, and has been recommended by the guys at StoryBundle

comment Can not receive some mails sent by SMS Backup+ Android app when using Gmail mail delegate feature
I'm afraid the question is a bit unclear (to me at least). Once you grant access to your account, that other account will be able to access ALL your email, but they won't show up in the other account's inbox, instead you will have to "switch" accounts in gmail. Something like this: dl.dropbox.com/u/88791830/Selection_001.png.
