WEP Wifi Connection Problem But considering the fact that the Xperia S quite a recent release, why should that not work? By the way, just to mention the fact that I have faced exactly the same problem with a HTC Hero as well. |

WEP Wifi Connection Problem @Power-Inside: Yes, I have tried connecting it WPA-PSK - AES and it has worked but then it spoils the internet connection for others and they are trying to connect it via WEP (Added an Update section just below my question). I know it is not the best thing to have a WEP connection as it can be cracked, but while its still there can I not access internet via that? |

WEP Wifi Connection Problem I have added an Update section just below my question telling what I have tried with the Xperia S and how I was able to kind of solve the problem but I am sure it is not a phone problem and more of a wifi issue. Both these phones work absolutely fine on any other WPA-PSK router. I have tried both of them at work and other places. No problems as such. Its only the WEP connection that has created these problems. |

WEP Wifi Connection Problem The problem is, it can see the network and try to connect it but it just cant get an ip address. It keeps looping on trying to connect and never does. When I checked the ip address section of it, it says 'Unavailable'. |
