Facebook account from nowhere on Android I'm sure FB does track IPs of people logged in, but I'm equally sure that they wouldn't use that to associate a FB profile with a Google account on a device. Added a couple more possibilities to the list, too, if you want to check those. |

How does one copy all the data AND apps from one Asus tablet to another? I did say it was a short answer. I'm taking into consideration the fact that any user who stipulates non-root solutions likely isn't going to be capable of installing and using ADB effectively - particularly as transferring settings (which I assume is included under 'data') between two different devices is problematic even for the extremely savvy. |

Reconnect to mobile via USB without rebooting I've seen that happen on my machine too. I've never been able to reconnect without a reboot. |

How do I recalibrate the battery of my phone? Most phone manuals will have this somewhere, and there are tons of references if you google. The steps vary somewhat between them, but the ones I outlined are the most important ones. Here's a few: mugen.tv/2012/06/… batteryfaq.net/battery-tips/… forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1616598 |

Set my phone contacts to sync to Google not Google to phone Just FYI, it doesn't sync with either as a master - it performs a merge. |

How can I prevent unwanted pre-installed apps from automatically running on Android? Good answer, though you should also be aware that uninstalling stock apps will prevent you from being able to install future OS updates from your carrier. |

How to access Android APKs without rooting I'm pretty sure that app backups don't require root? Also, there is a space between the two words, but thanks for playing :) matrixrewriter.com/android |

How to access Android APKs without rooting Titanium Backup is useful for this too. The APKs are stored in a folder on the root of the SD card called "backup", if memory serves :) |
