Google 'set up ftp server windows 7' and stuff like that, you will come by some great tutorials on how to set up a ftp server on your machine. If you run into snags go by the server exchange and see if they can help you any. I am sure they will be a great help!

I am currently looking into barnacle. This application requires rooting and will allow this type of connection. If this solves our problem i am going to take the parts out of barnacle that i need and use them in my application. I will update this question as we come closer to our solution.
