I have a rooted Samsung Note 2. I can't access the SuperSU app. Whenever I try to open it I get the error "No su binary installed" and it doesn't install it. I used Root Checker App too and it says the phone is not rooted completely.

i had a samsung note 2 phone...my phone is rooted as per me but i cant open the supersu app. whenever i tried it shows there is no SU binary installed and supersu cant instal it ..this is a problem..after that i installed the root checker app but it also shows that your phone is not completely root ,but whenever i try to update my phone after completing the software it shows some error and my phone is not able to update... I didnt root my phone ...plzzzzzz help me
