few days ago I started getting a popup message which read

''by turning on WiFi scanning, apps and services can scan for WiFi networks at any time, even When WiFi is off.''

I proceeded to turn WiFi scanning off but message won't stop appearing every 5-10min.

  Restarted my phone and it still kept happening.

Phone is a Huawei Honor 9 lite.

it happens after my Emui 8.0.0.185 update

I tried everything I could think of:

• Disabled Wifi Scanning in Location Services/Scan Settings
• Disabled location
• Made location use only GPS

NO use

I proceeded to turn the Wi-Fi scanning off, but the message won't stop appearing every 5-10 minutes. Restarted my phone and it still kept happening.

How to stop it from appearing constantly?
