How search Android Market (Play)the Play Store by permissions?

How do I specify that I do not wish to see apps that require for example internet access? Or to only show apps that use a specific permission?

A specific repository with search on its webpage? An app that provides searching the marketPlay Store?

Because now I have to visit all the results, press the Install button, check what permissions are needed, if I'm not pleased, press escape two times; and after grudgingly reviewing many many apps find the one that does not require internet access. This is ridiculous, it's like this functionality is deliberately hindered to force people to install apps with ads.
