The problem is probably with Jio 4g4G and not with samsungSamsung. 

As observed,Vodafone Vodafone Airtel or Airtel and Idea 4g sims4G SIMs work perfectly fine with dual simSIM. Reliance Jio wontwon't remain active if mobile data is taken from another simSIM card on the device. You must access internet services from jio 4gJio 4G to keep it enabled. 

If you want to use both of your simSIM cards, then place JIO4G on sim 1SIM1 and airtelAirtel on sim2SIM2.
