If you phone is connected to gmail you can use a computer to find you phone. Won't matter if ringer is off. You could also use do not disturb at home instead and allow only calls from specific contacts (home phone... Spouses phone... Kids phone maybe). Might be useful since you can still allow maybe calls from only a couple contacts that hst might only call in emergency
