Where How can I find a listout which devices allow installations of phones that supportup to date custom ROMs, sorted by date of manufacture easily?

When I purchase an Android phone, I prefer to install a custom ROM on it, instead of using the manufacturer's version of Android. Is there a website that would let me searchway for phones that support unlocking the bootloader and installingme to quickly figure out if a given phone supports custom firmware, sorted by date of manufactureROMs or not?
