@user2284570 correct. I haven't mentioned that either. "USB OTG host API" != "FUSE API". But I've edited to remove the word "FUSE" at all. Irrespective of that, what you need is an app with third party implementation of USB OTG host APIs for ext4, as already stated in my answer.
