Mar 28, 2020 at 8:46 | comment | added | checho | ManSamVampire thanks for sharing this option of Family Link. With it, I could not only enable adding another user, but there was directly an option to enable USB debugging. With it, I could now run the commands. Thank YOU!
Mar 28, 2020 at 8:40 | comment | added | checho | Unfortunately, enabling USB debugging before Family Link and trying to use it after I enable Family Link back does not work - again the developer option is gone, tapping build does not enable it, and adb shell says no devices found.
Mar 28, 2020 at 8:38 | comment | added | checho | @beeshyams I cannot disable the admin privileges for Family Link, as the option is grayed out and cannot be clicked,

@checo, using this or the ability to add multiple users in Android, can you add another user account, to the device, which is not managed by Family Link? This way you should be able to enable USB debugging for this new user account and, with the commands I provided, uninstall the culprit apps for the child account with the appropriate number for the --user option.

Mar 27, 2020 at 5:36 | comment | added | ManSamVampire | @checo, if you enable USB debugging and then enable Family Link, does USB debugging get disabled automatically?
Mar 26, 2020 at 6:38 | comment | added | checho | I managed to get around this. It seems one cannot enable dev options, when using the Family Link app (the table was supervised).Once i removed the account from supervision, I managed to enable USB Debugging and run the commands @ManSamVampire provided. They ran successfully. Then I installed the family link and again the undesired notifications came back. I guess, Family Link adds new account, where USB Debugging cannot be enabled, hence cannot run the above commands.
Mar 25, 2020 at 19:08 | comment | added | ManSamVampire | Not sure why it doesn't work for you. I read in other forums (like this) that sometimes a FRP lock can lock you out of developer options. Apparently, some people were able to bypass this, by directly creating a shortcut to the Settings app Developer Options activity or by installing apps like this or this. (Install at your own risk!)
Mar 25, 2020 at 17:14 | comment | added | checho | I am from what I know, but the tapping does not unlock it. Here is what the About Tablet looks like: prntscr.com/rmo70x . Submitted a question on that matter as well. Unfortunately this does not even allow me to root it now :)

Mar 24, 2020 at 6:35 | comment | added | checho | First proposal did not work. Will try tonight with the second one, as for some reason, USB is playing tricks on me - tapping the build number 7 times do no enable developer mode. Will dig deeper and get back.

You might also try disable-user first, in place of uninstall , if that doesn't solve your problem, then try the uninstall commands.
