Use Total commander for AndroidTotal commander for Android or other 3rd-party file managers where you are able to use "Share via.." and the app will save the files in a new destination.

E.g. the steps:

  1. In the work profile via the internal "Files" app, select the file and use the "Share" option
  2. In the Share dialog, switch to "Personal profile" sharing options
  3. Select the file manager app
  4. Select the personal profile folder in the file manager dialogue
  5. Voila, the file is in your personal folder.
