hello i have the same problem man and i even had to do a rom flash to my phone. first it worked but when i did restore my backed up data before the flash it goes back to what it was and crashes again i dont know what's the problem or is it just a bug in the android system webview application or the google service by the way don't try to factory reset your phone it will not work. and my phone is huawei p9 lite model 2016. ughhghghgh this problem is gonna drive me crazy too 😵😵😡😤😤😡😠

but there is one thing i have tried and i think it solves it in that time. but after u need to do it again and the trick is u need to enable developer option when you do u should follow this steps. -developer option -running services -show cashed processes and then you should stop every google services process u see. i hope it workes for you man

Enable Developer options. Go into Developer options > Running services > Cached processes. Stop all Google service or process you see there.
