You can write an app to use entirely different layouts on screens of different sizes if you want, so it isn't necessarily just "scaling" in the typical sense. Or, you can let the app just scale if you want. There's a fairly sizable set of documentation dedicated to this on the Android developers site but that's a pretty basic summary. | |
