Sep 8, 2017 at 6:34 | comment | added | Izzy | Thanks, @SpencerDoak! Unfortunately, my search engine covers only a small subset (~14k) of apps. Sad to read that StripSearch stopped working; Google must have applied some changes then on their end. Haven't installed it currently (I so rarely search for new apps that I can do that manually). Glad to read my work is appreciated and helpful :)
Sep 7, 2017 at 21:56 | comment | added | Spencer D | @Izzy, fyi, StripSearch is also broken it seems. I'm not sure if it is still somehow working for some people, but for me it did not work, and I believe I read comments somewhere else that other users were reporting it as broken. (Those might have actually been in Play Store reviews of the app.) Regardless, I ended up using your solution which worked perfectly. I didn't want to leave feedback on that, though, just saying, "+1 thanks;" however, your webpage is the only working search/filter I found. So, you got my upvote and my gratitude. You made an excellent contribution to the community.

Their website says they're working on an update – but that seems to take rather long (it says so ever since the relaunch already). Still, don't give up hope!
Dec 9, 2013 at 21:19 | comment | added | sashoalm | I tried downloading the app, but Google Play couldn't find it :(
Aug 27, 2013 at 16:26 | comment | added | Izzy | @Zuul Don't expect the app to return within the next hours. It was taken "offline" at least more than a week ago. But what the power of Google breaks might take a little to repair by a small team :) But don't give up hope (yet)... Just watch out once a week ;)
Aug 27, 2013 at 15:58 | comment | added | Zuul | Bad timing for me, was reading your answer and following up on the subject... I will try later on, thanks ;)
Aug 27, 2013 at 15:55 | comment | added | Izzy | @Zuul No, that's the wrong one. The Play link is only temporarily broken, thanks to the "Play-8 relaunch" of the now tile-store (see APEFS Homepage (GTransed to English)). Obviously the app used some site-scraping ;) Unfortunately, their English page does not contain that notice...
Aug 27, 2013 at 14:45 | comment | added | Zuul | The link to the Google Play store is broken, is this the updated one? Ps: if yes, there's already English support...
