I'm really grateful for your critics, and absolutely agree postings here should be more neutral than the original version of this post was. Thank you for helping me fixing/improving it! And no, it was not only the question itself (removed the "big rant" from the answer as well).

Nov 14, 2013 at 15:38 | comment | added | dotVezz | Man, I never thought I'd find myself disagreeing with Izzy =(. My only concern involves the question itself; "Must I be worried about privacy?" begs a subjective answer and is perhaps very slightly alarmist. A question which encourages an objective answer may be something like, "What should be considered regarding privacy?" I want to suggest making an additional question along the lines of, "How can I protect my privacy?" and answer it with all the steps you've outlined here - as they're really good, but the question, "Must I be worried?" doesn't necessarily warrant "Here's how you do it."

Nov 14, 2013 at 13:59 | comment | added | dotVezz | While this contains an excellent guide for protecting your privacy from the omnipresent Google Big Data Cabal, it feels like it's saying "Here's how you should act based on my opinions." It feels like an opinion piece - and although I agree with everything you say, I think it could be presented less subjectively.
