how do I move Moving images from one album to another

I would like to move images from one album to another. whenWhen I select 'move'Move, my phone displays two albums only (pictures"pictures" and upload"upload"). TheThe problem is that I'd like to move a picpicture to 'all downloads'"all downloads", which I cannot select.
