Currently, the Amazon app store appears to be US-only. Similar to How do I use the US Android Market from Europe?How do I use the US Android Market from Europe?, I want to know: How can I use the US Amazon Appstore?

Market Enabler doesn't seem to work, and it's not IP-based like I previously thought. Any suggestions?

Market Enabler doesn't seem to work, and unfortunately I don't have a trusted proxy in the US to funnel my WiFi traffic through (I think it might beit's not IP-based) like I previously thought. Any suggestions?

removed tag:locale since all other uses of this tag refer to the app "Locale". not sure if we want a tag just for an app though so i see Matthews reason for using it.
