I use Sweet home!Sweet Home, a free app, to upload photo'sphotos and video'svideos from my Android devices over wifiWi-Fi at home to my NAS Google Drive folder.   (thisThis is fast 300mbit/s). Then Then the google driveGoogle Drive tool on my NAS  (which has Windows OS) uploads the pictures and videos to Google driveDrive to be able to share and have an extra cloud backup. The Google+ app comes incan be used to easyeasily watch and browse through the pictures. So

So I don't use the upload function in Google+, because I can't find an easy way to sync the photos localylocally after that and uploading right from the mobile device to internet is always slower than locally to the NAS.
