Have you tried to clean your log files? ProblabyProbably that's the problem.

If your phone is rooted, you can delete all files onin the /data/log/data/log folder. If not, and you have a stock romROM, just press on phoneenter *#9900# into your dialer *#9900# to access SysDump and click on Delete dumpstate/logcat
