Found this on YouTube:

Go to Settings -> Security -> Phone Administrators Un, then un-check this shit-appapp and then proceed to uninstall it by the usual means.

App is a POS and intentionally makes it difficult to uninstall. I wonder what it was REALLY doing the whole time....
