Hi have just upgraded to Moto G (2nd Gen) 4G with Lollipop. Can't edit my contacts, would appreciate advice on how to do it. Everything I have seen on the net refers to looking under "people", but I don't have that, I have contacts, when I pick a contact to edit and then go to menu it only shows share or place on home screen.

Press contacts image (Round letter) then press pen icon. Does that work?

You need to be displaying "All Contacts". If you are displaying the "Customized" list of Contacts (where you can exclude certain labels), then the Edit option does not show.

Hate to break it to you but the new Android seems to have removed the ability to edit exchange contacts. I was able to edit and add exchange contacts on my Note 3 but now that I have a new phone I can no longer edit those contacts, UNTIL.... wait for it. I found an app called Contact Editor Free. This app is an older version of the contacts app from google. It works great to add a new contact directly into exchange. I still do not have a way to edit a current one.

Could you add a link to the app you're recommending? That would be helpful. – Dan Hulme Jul 18 '16 at 7:26
