Was fine this morning, now appears to be loading and connecting then just drops out. Cleared cache and do not know what to do. Playing on samsung tablet, downloaded not via fb. up to level 71 would hate to lose it and start again. Anyone able to help

What is your Android version and is your tablet rooted? Did you also clear data of the app/game? Clearing data will erase the game data if it is not saved/synced in Google Play games. – Lucky Aug 11 '15 at 18:04
  • Game is Township. Dont understand different connection or android version and rooted. Saw clear data in apps manager but thought I would lose all if I did that... not at all techy Lucky, havent knowingly saved anything. Think I might be a lost cause. Lin – Linda Richardson Aug 11 '15 at 18:11
  • Well, Are you using mobile data(2G/3G/4G) or WiFi for playing the game? Can you please post a screenshot of the app loading screen?. To take a screenshot press the Volume up and Power button at the same time. After you take the screenshot it can be viewed in the Gallery, upload the screenshot by editing your question. – Lucky Aug 11 '15 at 18:19

    Looking at the reviews of the township game in the play store page, it looks like most of the users are facing the same issue after the recent update. So wait for another game update with the fixes applied. ;) – Lucky Aug 11 '15 at 18:49
