You can't use the same mobile number in two different devices. One will get disconnected. And, oh I thought WhatsApp was longer discontinued on S40 devices!– esQmo_Jan 25, 2017 at 3:06

One way you can do is by installing Whatscan. But for using it in both the devices, your both the phones should be connected to the internet.
