The things is that I bought this phone from Amazon like 2 years ago and it was unlocked. Now suddenly its asking me for the Network unlock code.

I know I can just pay for a services to get the code, but the thing is that all this services are asking me for the Mobile Company the phone is currently locked on. And I have no idea, because as I said, I bought it unlocked.

How can I know to which Mobile Company is the cellphone locked on?

P.S: It doesn't have a logo in the battery nor the lid.

  • @beeshyams it gives me a lot of info but not the network locked that is locked on to. – Guillelon Jul 10 '17 at 19:00
  • Or very first line the first screen of the Samsung phone info app as claimed here. I have used this app and can vouch for the fact that it tells you a lot about the phone but can't say about carrier locking - we don't have that system in my country – beeshyams Jul 10 '17 at 19:02
  • Also scroll down the linked reddit if you don't find it in first line – beeshyams Jul 10 '17 at 19:29
  • There are plenty of unlock services online. Try one of them. I can do that for you but need to have the phone in hands, something impossible. And no it doesn't need to know the carrier the phone is locked to. – esQmo_ Jul 10 '17 at 22:17
