I have a ZTE Blade. If I factory reset it will I lose all of my photos? My ZTE blade will not fast charge any longer, and it keeps telling me to use the charger that came with the phone. I am using the charger that came with the phone and it takes all day for it to charge. I have turned it off and turned it back on, but it still has the same problems. If I factory reset my phone will this fix the problem?

  • Yes, you will loose all your photos and settings. – Άνδρας May 12 '18 at 6:55
  • Even if they are backed up to my photo cloud and sim card? – Sandra Ellis May 12 '18 at 7:00
  • No, they won't be deleted in the cloud and on the sd-card (not SIM card!). And it's better to remove the sd-card during resetting. – Άνδρας May 12 '18 at 7:04

Please be careful concerning the SD card. You didn't tell us whether you use it for adoptable-storage. If you do, your device won't know the encryption key anymore after the reset, and thus be unable to recognize it. To be on the safe side, I'd backup all data to a computer before performing the reset. – Izzy May 12 '18 at 9:48
