Google eliminated /recovery and /cache with the introduction of A/B partitioning schema.

It's easier to understand the removal of /recovery, as there's no need for a separate kernel to be running in order to patch the running system, but instead, OTAs are applied directly to the inactive slot.

But what's for /cache? Did it just start to reside in /userdata or was it nuked altogether?
