My phone is slow. Opening OneNote takes 10 seconds to load, 5 seconds to sync, and 5 more seconds for the keyboard to open up. At that point what I have forgotten what I intend to note.

I understand that having many underlying processes will slow it down, but it seems that RAM is only consumed up to 70%. It's also hard to measure, since two apps can't be opened at the same time. So while the best guess is that it's the lacking of RAM, I'm not so sure about that.

Is there a way to have a better measurement? The phone is HTC One E9, with 2 GB RAM, and is xposed.
