I've recently gotten a Samsung Galaxy Tab S4. When I'm holding it in portrait mode the nav bar is at the bottom and that's fine, but when I rotate it to landscape the nav bar moves to the long edge.

On my other Android devices it stays along the physical bottom of the device. Anybody know how to fix this?

Edit: Device is not currently rooted. I may do so at some point, and am open to suggestions that require root.
